Roastery staff travel yearly to coffee farms in Central and South America, carefully sourcing coffees from trusted partners and directly from farmers and local cooperatives. They consistently pay at least 20% above the Fair Trade minimum for their Source Direct coffees and often more than double for direct trade specialty microlots, with some partnerships spanning over a decade, such as their relationship with Adolfo Reyes' Finca Los Portillos in Honduras since 2010. The team is committed to honoring the labor of the many people who tended and processed their beans through careful roasting, regular cuppings, and thoughtful packaging to ensure a consistently satisfying coffee experience.
