Càphê Roasters is Philadelphia's Vietnamese specialty coffee roaster, founded in 2018 by wife-and-husband team Thu Pham and Raymond John. They roast small batches onsite at their Kensington café, sourcing primarily from Vietnam plus Southeast Asia and the Pacific Islands. A James Beard Award semifinalist, Càphê roasts Vietnamese beans for cà phê sữa and gives a portion of profits to 12 Plus, the education nonprofit Raymond leads.
