Jaidi, who has a multicultural background with Moroccan and Filipina heritage, moved to Jackson Hole in 2014 and established Outpost, the valley's top vacation rental company. His deep appreciation for community building and local connections made him a natural fit to continue the roastery's legacy. In 2022, under Jaidi's leadership, Snake River Roasting Company opened its first physical cafe location right off Jackson Hole's Town Square.
