Ranchman Roasters is a hunter-owned specialty roaster in Elkhorn, Nebraska, founded in 2022 by Collin Kelly. The shop small-batch roasts no more than 40 pounds at a time, usually Mondays and Tuesdays, and sells its own coffee online. It was formerly Elkhorn Coffee Co. Scheels stores are retail partners, not a second location.
