Five Star Coffee Roasters is a family roastery in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Founder Nelson grew up on Finca Santa Lucia in Tres Pinos, Honduras, a farm the family has run for more than 80 years. The shop is a roastery, cupping lab, and importing warehouse. They roast Comayagua and Marcala family lots and work with sister importer De La Finca.
