Encore Coffee & Chocolate is a small-batch roaster and chocolate maker in Grandview, Missouri, just outside Kansas City. They roast coffee in-house on a 12-kilo drum every Tuesday and pack bags to order. The same facility makes bean-to-bar chocolate from cacao they roast themselves. Pickup is at the Grandview counter; they also ship nationwide.
