The company operates both a cafe and roastery located in Boardman, Ohio, establishing itself as a cornerstone of the local coffee community. Notable achievements include scoring 95 points for their Kenya Konyu in 2018, and 94 points each for Ethiopia Gera (2022), Ethiopia Limu (2019), Kenya AA Gura (2017), and Honduras Bryan Bautista (2025). Food & Wine magazine recognized them as "Best in Ohio" in 2019, cementing their reputation for excellence.
