Ascension Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster and café company founded in 2012 in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. The company roasts their coffee using two Diedrich Coffee Roaster machines, affectionately named Dee Dee and Dexter, with a quality control team that includes two in-house Q Arabica graders who examine every roast sample. They use nitrogen flushing to preserve freshness and recommend consuming their coffee a few days after roasting for optimal flavor. Beyond coffee, Ascension offers a full culinary experience at their locations, featuring chef-crafted breakfast and lunch menus, curated wines, and spaces designed for remote work and socializing. They provide catering services and have received recognition including "Best Coffee Shop" from Dallas Observer in 2021 and have been featured in numerous local publications.
