Green Joe's has pinpointed where the coffee industry often falters. As the demand grows, many companies resort to larger roasters, accommodating 40 to 200 kilos, to keep up with the production. This method, while boosting quantity, often results in a compromised taste of the beans.

By restricting the roaster size to no more than 15 kilos, they manage to maintain the precision necessary for the roasting process without compromising the artistic touch.
