Buffalo Coffee Roastery

Buffalo Coffee Roastery was born in 1994, brought to life by Kate and Sean Edwards. Following the footsteps of Kate's trailblazing sister in California, they introduced Western New York to specialty coffee roasted on site. Customers could immerse themselves in the captivating process and savor freshly roasted coffee.

Fast forward to 2020, after 27 years, the Edwards relocated their roastery to Sanborn. This shift marked an end to the café aspect of their venture, allowing them to focus solely on roasting. Their new location sells coffee by the pound and continues to wholesale their freshly roasted beans.

Now, in the heart of their community, they continue their legacy. The roastery remains an open book—allowing customers, family, friends, and neighbors to witness the art of roasting they've honed over the years.
