How It Works
1. Choose a coffee of the month club
First, you must decide how much coffee you or your gift recipient would like to receive each month. Currently, we have 1 bag and 2 bag coffee of the month clubs. Each bag is 12 ounces of freshly roasted coffee from our featured roaster of the month.
2. Select the type of coffee
Each month we select 3 new and different freshly roasted coffees from our featured roaster of the month… a single origin coffee, a roasters special blend coffee, and a flavored coffee.
Join a One Bag coffee of the month club and you will have the option to select any one of these coffees. Each month you will receive a different 12oz bag of gourmet coffee from a different featured small batch artisan roaster.
Join a Two Bag coffee of the month club and you will have the option to select any two types of coffee. Each month you will receive two different 12oz bags of gourmet coffee from a different featured small batch artisan coffee roaster.
3. Select your coffee bean
You will have the option to choose either whole bean or ground coffee. While our ground coffee IS fresher than anything you will find in your supermarket, we strongly recommend you grind your coffee just before brewing.
4. Select Your Membership Length
You will have the option to pay month to month, every three months, every 6 months, or every year. Regular subscriptions will automatically renew until you cancel. If you do NOT want your subscription to auto renew, you can log into your account and cancel it at any time. Or just shoot us an email using the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page. For gift subscriptions, you will have the option to auto renew or not on the checkout page.
4. Check Out Time
Enter your shipping and billing information. If purchasing a coffee of the month subscription as a gift for someone else, you will also have the option to send them a personalized message. You’ll fill that out on the checkout page. Then we’ll include a greeting card with your exact message along with their first shipment!
5. That’s it! Fresh coffee delivered every month!
The regular coffee club deliveries are typically shipped out on the first business day of the month. All deliveries go out at the same time to ensure everyone is receiving the freshest coffee possible. We don’t hold shipments, as this will compromise quality.
However, if you are purchasing the coffee club membership as a gift for someone, we can use 1 of our local roasters for their first shipment if you prefer. This way, we can get it to them just in time for that special holiday or occasion. Just let us know!
